Greciilooks Refund & Exchange Policy

At Greciilooks, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right.

🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer hassle-free exchanges within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

• Wrong size ordered

• Product defect or mismatch

• Item unused, unwashed & in original packaging with tags intact

Exchanges are subject to availability of the same product/variant.

💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under these conditions:

• Damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

• Product is out of stock and can’t be replaced

• Cancellation approved before dispatch

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

🚚 Return Process
We’ll schedule a reverse pickup. If your area isn’t serviceable, we’ll guide you to self-ship the item and reimburse courier charges (as applicable).

Please note: Innerwear, accessories, and items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable due to hygiene & safety.
